Sends an I-Am request.

Sends an I-Am service message to a local or remote network. This message will also be sent in response to a Who-Is request.

Instance number of the local Device from which the request should be sent.

destinationAddress

POINTER TO IEC_BACNET_ADDRESS

This is the MAC address of the device to which the request should be sent.
