Instance number of the local Device from which the request should be sent.

POINTER TO IEC_BACNET_OBJECT_ID

A pointer to the object identifier of the local object to be included in the I-Have service.

destinationAddress

POINTER TO IEC_BACNET_ADDRESS

This is the MAC address of the device to which the request should be sent.
