TYPE IEC_BACNET_ACCESS_RULE_LOCATION_SPECIFIER :

Defines the presence of location point provider

This field is an enumeration that specifies how the Location field is evaluated.

BACNET_ACCESS_RULE_LOCATION_ALL	1	The value of the Location field is ignored and matches any access controlled point.
