The generation and handling of the Life Safety Operation services will use this data structure.

requestingSource	IEC_BACNET_STRING	This contains the identification of the human operator or process that has initiated this service request.
eRequest	IEC_BACNET_LIFE_SAFETY_OPERATION	This contains the requested operation for this life safety operation service.
objectID	IEC_BACNET_OBJECT_ID	This content is only present if the fSafetyObjectIdPresent is true.
