Search for object with given ID.

Input	objID	CmpBACnet.IEC_BACNET_OBJECT_ID
Inout	bacObj	BACnetObjectBase	Empty BACnetObjectBase-Structure, which will be initialized with the BACnet-Object if we found th object searched for.
