Command: Update from Server

Symbol: cas_checkout_from_server.png

Function: The command opens the Select the version to upgrade dialog to select the version of the project on the Automation Server, with which the project in CODESYS should be updated. When the dialog is confirmed, the project is updated in CODESYS.

Call: CODESYS menu: Project → Automation Server

Requirement:

  • The CODESYS Automation Server Connector package is installed.

  • The project is open in CODESYS.

  • The project on the CODESYS Automation Server has another state than the project in the CODESYS Development System.

Refresh

Refreshes the table showing the projects and their versions located on the selected Automation Server

Table for selecting the version of the CODESYS project on the Automation Server with which the project open in CODESYS will be updated. The latest version is selected by default.

The following information is displayed:

  • Project name on the Automation Server

  • ID

  • Modified on

  • Message

Categories

The Extract Project Archive dialog opens to extract the project archive of the project. For more detailed information about this, see the CODESYS help.

OK

The open project in CODESYS is updated.
