Edit Ticket

Requirement: You are signed in to your CODESYS Automation Server.

  1. Open the Tickets → All Tickets view in CODESYS Automation Server.

  2. Select the appropriate filter so that the desired ticket is displayed.

  3. Click _cas_icon_editing.png at the ticket.

    The Edit Ticket dialog opens.

  4. In the dialog, make the necessary changes and click Save.

    The All Tickets view opens and shows the changes made for the corresponding ticket.
