View: Tickets – All Tickets

Function: The view displays the tickets for the CODESYS Automation Server.

Call: CODESYS Automation Server → Tickets → All Tickets

List box for filtering the displayed tickets

  • Complete

  • Rejected

  • Feedback requested

  • Archived

  • Unknown

Requirement: A service technician and an email address is specified for the ticket.

Sends the ticket to the email address of the specified service technician
