View: Tickets – All Tickets
Function: The view displays the tickets for the CODESYS Automation Server.
Call:
List box for filtering the displayed tickets |

Requirement: A service technician and an email address is specified for the ticket. Sends the ticket to the email address of the specified service technician | |
Opens a dialog for printing the ticket | |
Opens the Edit Ticket dialog | |
Opens the Delete Ticket dialog prompt |
Title | Displays the ticket name Editable |
Description | Displays the ticket description Editable |
Ticket Status | Displays the ticket status List box for changing the ticket status

Service Technician | Displays the service technician specified for the ticket List box with all registered service technicians |
Save | The changes are saved. The dialog closes. |
Cancel | The dialog is closed without saving any changes. |
