Menu Commands and Icons on the Title Bar

Menu Commands

Function: The menu provides commands for the user management and user interface.

Call:

  • When the user is signed in: <user name> _cas_icon_extend.png

  • When the user is not signed in: _cas_icon_menu_button.png

The commands that are displayed depend on whether or not the user is signed in.

_cas_icon_cmd_sign_in.png Sign In

Opens the Sign In view to specify the User name, Password, and the Authenticator code for the CODESYS Automation Server (if multi-factor authentication is activated)

_cas_icon_cmd_edit.png Modify

Opens the Update User and Change Password views

_cas_icon_cmd_fullscreen.png Fullscreen

Activates fullscreen mode

ESC ends fullscreen mode

_cas_icon_cmd_sign_out.png Sign Out

The connection to the CODESYS Automation Server is disconnected.

_cas_icon_cmd_user_management.png User Management

Opens the Users view

In the view, registered users can be edited and new users can be added.

The command is not visible to all users.

_cas_icon_dark_theme.png Dark Theme

Toggles between a light and a dark background of the user interface

_cas_icon_cmd_info.png About

Opens the About view

This view contains the License Information and links to the Online Help and Privacy Policy.

_cas_icon_cmd_edit_ticket.png Edit Ticket

Opens the Start/Continue Ticket view

Icons

_cas_icon_notification.png

Opens the Notifications view.

The user management defines for which events notifications are displayed. For more information, see: Update User, Multi Factor Authentication, Change Password, Notifications.

The displayed messages can be sorted by time or deleted.

When a message is expanded, the following commands are displayed:

  • Go to Device: Jumps to the device in the CODESYS Automation Server

  • _cas_icon_notification_sc.png: Disables notifications for this device

_cas_icon_application.png

Opens a menu with the following entries:

  • Devices: Opens the start page of the CODESYS Automation Server

  • Analysis: Opens the Data Analyzer

<set language>

Opens the list box with the languages which are available for the user interface
