This structure reports the datalink status change events.

portId	IEC_BACNET_WORD	The configured port id of the reporting datalink.
linkAddress	IEC_BACNET_ADDRESS	The currently assigned MAC address of the reporting datalink.
tim	IEC_BACNET_DATE_TIME	Timepoint of generation of this event.
event	UNION_BACNET_DATALINK_EVENT	Union containing the corresponding event data.
