Command: Toggle network comment state

Function: The Toggle network comment state command comments out a network or places the network in the normal state. For more information (see: Toggle network comment state).

If you comment out a network that contains variables which are used exclusively in that network, then the declarations of those variables in the declaration part of the POU are also commented out and shown as changed. If the network is commented in again, then the commented out variables in the declaration part are uncommented back again and they get a red change marker. When a network is uncommented, if a variable used in the network is not found in the declaration part (not even as commented out declaration), then the Auto Declare dialog is called if the AutoDeclare option is enabled.
