Customizing Toolbars
You can customize the toolbars of the CODESYS user interface. In a configuration dialog, you can add or remove toolbars.
Removing a toolbar or command
Click .
The Customize dialog opens.
Select the Toolbars tab.
Select a toolbar or a command below a toolbar.
Click the Delete button.
The toolbar or command is deleted.
Click the OK button.
The dialog closes and the toolbar or command is removed.
Adding a toolbar
Click .
The Customize dialog opens.
Select the Toolbars tab.
Select the last (empty) toolbar.
Click Add Toolbar.
The cursor blinks in the empty toolbar.
Specify a name.
Change the toolbar order by clicking Move Up and Move Down. Click OK to close the Customize dialog.
Tip
CODESYS displays the new toolbar only when it contains a command.
Adding a command
Click .
The Customize dialog opens.
Select the Toolbars tab.
Open the toolbar to which the new command should be added.
Select the blank
symbol.Click Add Command.
The Add Command dialog opens.
The dialog lists all commands grouped by category.
Select the command which you want to add. Click OK.
The new command is added below the toolbar.
Change the toolbar order by clicking Move Up and Move Down. Click Add Separator to add a border between commands. Click OK to close the Customize dialog.
The new command is available on the toolbar.
