Adding Service Technicians

. Requirements
  • You are signed in to the CODESYS Automation Server.

  1. In the displayed menu, click Tickets → Service Technicians.

    The Service Technicians view opens. All registered service technicians are listed.

  2. Click the Generate button.

    The New Service Technician dialog opens.

  3. Specify the following data for the service technician:

    • Name: Required

    • Email: Required

      Tickets can be sent to this address (for example, commissioning tickets).

    • Telephone number 1: Optional

      Additional telephone numbers can be entered.

    • Remarks: Optional

    • Skills: Optional

    • State: Selection from a list box: Unknown, Available,Unavailable. Required

  4. Click Create.

    The message Technician created is displayed.

    The recently created service technician is displayed in the Service Technicians view.
