How To: Activate a license on devices with the Automation Server
The CODESYS Automation Server can be used to activate licenses on CODESYS-based controllers.
Navigate to the Licenses → Bulk Licensing view.
Click the Import Licenses button.
Select your licenses using the
.txtor.msgfile extension.The licenses are now listed in the table.
By default, only licenses that have not yet been activated are displayed. If you select the Show activated licenses option, then already activated licenses will also be displayed.
For the license you want to install, select the appropriate controller.
Click on Activate Licenses.
Currently, each controller can only be selected once in the table, even for different license types.
After activating the selected licenses, the controller in the table remains locked. You need to re-import the licenses so that a license can be activated again on the same controller.
