License for Runtime System Families from Device Manufacturers (3s.dat)

Device manufacturers which have purchased a CODESYS Runtime Toolkit and have adapted a CODESYS Control runtime system use the licensing of 3S.dat.

The purchased licenses are stored in this device-family-specific 3S.dat license file and can be used by the device manufacturer. Unlike all of the other licensing models, this license file applies to the entire device family, not just to a single device. This licensing can be used by device manufacturers only. Other licensing models are available for users. Device manufacturers can use the other available licensing models in addition to the device family license.
