Creating the GlobalImagePool global image pool

When you insert an image ID into the element properties of a visualization element, an entry is generated in the GlobalImagePool global image pool as a result. GlobalImagePool is created and added automatically in POUs. The image IDs defined in GlobalImagePool are valid throughout the entire project.
