Example: SoftMotion Robotics HMI
Product: Robotics
The MotionHMI.project
sample project shows some of the available features of SoftMotion Robotics. Up to 6 axes are supported. The project also includes some visualization screens and a Depictor object which can be used to display the performed movements.
The MotionHMI_Robot_Companion_Specification.project
sample project shows a sample implementation in accordance with the OPC UA Robot Companion specification. Using the example, the data can be transferred to a client application.
Description
The MotionHMI.project
sample project can be used to configure an axis group offline with one of the kinematics supported by CODESYS. Then the supplied visualization can be used to control the axis group online. This is done either manually by jogging the axes or automatically by programming the movements. The Depictor can be used to display a 3D visualization of the robot movement. A preconfigured Depictor object is integrated into the project for this purpose.
The MotionHMI_Robot_Companion_Specification.project
sample project is used to display and visualize the robot application in the client application with a companion specification.
Tip
Use the DeviceReader.project
project to find out the supported features of your device. The project is available free of charge in the CODESYS Store.
