Command: Add Library

Function: The command opens the Add Library dialog. In this dialog, you can add libraries to the Library Manager and then integrate them into your application.

Call: Libraries menu

Requirement: The Library Manager is open in the editor.

Dialog: Add Library

In the line above the library list, you can search for library names or library POUs by typing an appropriate string.

Library

All libraries which are installed in the library repository

By default, the displayed libraries are grouped by category.

Company

Vendor of the library

Advanced

Opens the advanced Add Library dialog

The displayed libraries are listed in alphabetical order.

Tip

Specific libraries can be "blacklisted" in a device description. These libraries cannot be added below this device in the Library Manager.
