METHOD FirstDataRowOfNewConfigurationReached

Notification, that currently read row from TblTrendData is the first row of the next configuration

InOut:

Input	liCurrConfigTimstampTo	LINT	The “to” timestamp of the current configuration, i.e. the timestamp, when the current configuration ends.
	liTimestamp	LINT	The timestamp of the currently read row
	liAbsPacketStartTime	LINT	The absolute start time of the 1st trace mgr packet, only if this parameter contains a value != 0
	iCountVariables	INT	The number of variables
