FUNCTION_BLOCK Visu_FbDateTimeProvider

This FB provide the Current Local and UTC Time

InOut:

Scope	Name	Type	Initial	Comment
Input	enDateTimeLibrary	VisuEnumDateTimeLibrary	VisuEnumDateTimeLibrary.UseSysTimeRTC	Choose between the Time Library (Utils or SysTimeRTC)
	tzTimeZone	Util.TimeZone		Time zone as base for calculating local time. It is only needed when use the Times from the Utils Library. For further infos to the type see in the Utils Library.
