Active	BOOL	Check if this state is currently active
FastExecutionFault	BOOL	Check if the maximum do-cycles have been exceeded (in-cycle state only)
ID	INT	The identifier for the related state
ActivationTime	TIME	The time stamp of the last activation
Name	STRING	Added in 4.0.2.1 to show the name of the state.
