i2c.read (METH)¶

METHOD read : DINT

This method is used to directly read nBufferLen bytes from the CharDevice.

InOut:

Scope	Name	Type	Comment
Return	read	DINT	Number of bytes that have actually been read
Input	pbyBuffer	POINTER TO BYTE	pointer to area, where the bytes are copied
	nBufferLen	UDINT	number of bytes to read
