METHOD SetCommunicationState : DED.ERROR

Starts, stops or resets the controller.
eRequestedState := RESET:
Close ethernet adapter, no operation.
eRequestedState := STOP:
Open ethernet adpater, DCP Protocol is available.
If IP-Suite is active, acyclic services are available.
No data exchange with configured Profinet Devices.
eRequestedState := START:
Try to connect to the configured Profinet Devices for data exchange
