INTERFACE IDriverStateMachineNotifyBeforeShutdown

This interface can optionally be implemented by implementations of IDriverStateMachine if an instance is interested in the beginning of the shutdown sequence. This could be used for example if requests must be released in this situation before the real shutdown is executed.
