Renewing a Certificate for Communication between the Automation Connector/Edge Gateway and the Automation Server

The certificate for encrypted communication between the Automation Server and the Automation Connector in CODESYS via the Edge Gateway is automatically stored in the local .pki directory when the CODESYS Automation Server is installed. In the standard case, it is also valid in the required browser or local certificate store because AWS is classified as trusted.

When the certificate expires, is it automatically renewed???

In the Connect or Reconfigure Edge Gateways view, you will find information about the certificate status and the Refresh Certificate function.
