Problems when logging in to the controller

If you have entered an incorrect password when logging in to the user management of the controller, then the login dialog reappears immediately afterwards. By default, after five incorrect attempts, the controller is locked for a defined period of time. However, stricter guidelines on the controller can lead to the user being locked. In this case, access can only be enabled again by assigning a new password. A new password can be assigned only by an administrator or a member of a user group which has write access for the user group of the locked user.

Use the password manager. It is accessible in the Device User Logon dialog.
