CODESYS SFC

You can use the CODESYS SFC add-on to program in the Sequential Function Chart (SFC) implementation language. The programming language is standardized under IEC 61131-3 and is applied in automation technology for machine processes, production processes, state machines, as well as start-up, operation, and error-handling processes.

You can use the CODESYS Installer to update CODESYS SFC.

SFC is a graphically oriented language for describing sequential control processes. A process is described by a defined flow of steps and transitions. Actions are assigned to the steps, which contain the statements to be executed. The transitions control the transition between the individual steps. You use the SFC editor to program POUs in the sequential function chart (SFC).
