Online Help File

Function: This element is used to add the specified help file to the global offline help. Note that this copy action does not extend the help structure until the corresponding OnlineHelpMerge element is also included in the package.

Culture	List box for setting the language code of the help file
Path	: Opens the file directory for selecting the file path of the help file The format of the file has to be `.chm`, `.htm` oder `*.html` The file is copied to the package archive.
