Configuring the Project Settings

You can configure settings that affect the behavior of CODESYS and that of certain editors in the Project Settings object. The settings are valid throughout the project and are applied immediately for active editors. You can also use the Project → Project Settings command to access the dialogs of the object.

CODESYS saves the project settings as an object within the project. Then when you transfer a project to another system, the Project Settings object is transferred with it. There is no need for a project archive.
