Command: Insert Device

Function: Like the Add Device command, the command opens the Add Device dialog for selecting a device object. This object is inserted in the device tree at the same level as the currently selected object.

Call: Context menu of a device object in the device tree

Requirement: An object is selected in the device tree below which a device object can be inserted on the same level.
