Function: The command inserts a new row for a variable declaration in the declaration editor, and the input field for the variable name opens.

Call: Context menu in the tabular declaration editor; button in the declaration heading

To edit the other fields of the declaration rows, double-click the fields and select the data from the list boxes or use the respective dialogs.
