Call: CODESYS Control RTE menu in the status bar, then the Logger tab

Setting are located here for saving log messages from the PLC in one or more files.

Enable

standard icon : A boot application is generated implicitly at download, but the project is not downloaded to the memory.

Backend File

Enable: standard icon : One or more files with the log messages are created in the working directory (C:\ProgramData\CODESYS\CODESYSControlRTE). If necessary, the oldest file is overwritten.

Max. files: Maximum number of files. 0 means that no files are overwritten and all log entries are archived.

Max. files size: Maximum size of a file.

Max. entries: Maximum number of log entries in a file.
