Element: Control Point

Symbol:

A control point fixes points of a connection. Then you can adjust the lines.

To do this, drag the element to the desired position on the connecting line. Connecting lines with control points are no longer automatically routed.

Alternatively, you could also use the Create Control Point command. With can use the Remove Control Point command to remove a control point
