Command: Create Missing Text List Entries

This command (category "Composer") creates automatically all text lists and text list entries which are references by a module declaration and which do not exist. The command is only available if a module declaration editor is opened with the focus on it and the object exists in the primary project. The function only works if there is no syntax error. Text lists will be created under the same father object as the object in the editor. With new created entries only the "default" text will be filled (with the ID).
