CLI Command: `c4-cli`

Usage:

c4-cli [OPTIONS] <COMMAND>

Options	Description
`-h, --help`	Prints the help for the command

`version`	Prints the version number
`about`	Lists the applications and licenses
`standalone-session`	Starts a standalone CODESYS 4 session and opens the user interface
`library`	Edits library references
